Your first visit is a comprehensive virtual consultation that includes:
- 45–60 minutes of face-to-face time
- Detailed review of medical and gynecologic history
- Review of prior labs and records (when available)
- Exploration of personalized treatment and management options
- Development of an initial care plan, prescriptions, or referrals
The $495 enrollment fee covers your initial consultation and the development of your personalized care plan.
Your first monthly membership payment of $165 is also charged at the time of enrollment.

What to Expect:
- Your care is always managed by Dr. Bazán, a board-certified gynecologist.
- Visits are included in your membership, with frequency based on your individual needs.
- Flexible scheduling options include virtual, phone, and in-person visits.
- You have direct communication with Dr. Bazán between visits.
- Secure messaging is available for brief, non-urgent questions, with responses typically within 1–2 business days.
- More complex concerns are addressed during a scheduled visit to allow time for appropriate evaluation and care planning.
- Deeply discounted cash-pay labs are available, particularly helpful with high-deductible health plans.
- When additional expertise is needed, Dr. Bazán can help connect you with preferred specialists and prepare you for those visits.
- Imaging orders can be sent to your preferred facility and billed directly to your insurance.
