  • Contraceptive counseling and management: including hormonal and non-hormonal options

Tier 1: Midlife Continuity Care

For ongoing care with visits as needed

  • Investment: $65/month
  • Visits: Visits are scheduled as needed to support your care
    • 25 min: $195
    • 45 min: $325
  • Scheduling: Preferred, standard business hours
  • Communication: Secure messaging for brief clinical questions between visits 48-72 business hour response
  • Ideal for: Women with relatively stable symptoms who value ongoing access to experienced care

30 days notice for change or termination

Tier 2: Midlife Priority Care

For navigation of active symptoms or complex care

  • Investment: $185/month
  • Visits: Visits included to support more active care
  • Scheduling: Priority scheduling, with flexibility outside standard business hours if needed
  • Communication: Secure messaging for brief clinical questions 24 business hour response
  • Ideal for: Most appropriate for women beginning hormone therapy, navigating active perimenopause or menopause symptoms, or seeking more comprehensive preventive care and follow-up

Six month commitment
30 days notice for change or termination

Patients may move between membership tiers as their care needs evolve. Upgrades may occur at any time with 30 days’ notice. Tier 2 membership reflects a six-month commitment designed to support periods of more active care.
